Absolutely horrible company, use at your own risk! The quote I received was the cheapest one, yes, but that's exactly why they are never able to get their vehicles picked up! They told me it would be 3 days for my truck to get picked up. I canceled my order on the fourth day because I didn't have time to wait on them since I was moving across the country. The 4 days that I had to deal with them were terrible. They never picked up the vehicle and they never returned my phone calls. On two occasions I talked to someone and he said he was talking to a driver and would call me right back. Of course he never called back. By the end of the third day I called the company no less than 25 times. Sometimes I'd get an answer, just to be placed on hold and never get an answer again. Twice they actually picked up the phone after being on hold and they hung up without talking. I canceled my order and was told I would get a full refund. Its been 8 days and I have not received the refund. I called them again and talked to the manager about it. I said to him if I didn't receive the refund in the next few days I would get my bank involved to get my money back. The manager actually threatened me!! He said if I got my bank involved I would be sorry, and that the company would keep $500 of my money as a cancelation fee! Absolutely preposterous! I really don't understand how a company this horrible stays in business. Check out the Better Business Bureau website (WWW.BBB.org) to see how many complaints they have against them. They are listed as AAA Auto Transport out of Monarch Beach, CA. I'm guessing they had to change their name because of all the complaints. Read their responses to the complaints. If you think their responses are rude and non-apologetic, that's exactly what you will get every time you talk to someone from that company. Horrible horrible customer service and very rude!
UPDATE-this is the second time I post this. When you put a post on here, the website will actually check with the company to make sure you are a valid customer. This company told the website that I was NOT a customer! Luckily I kept the receipt they sent me, so I was able to prove that I was a customer and this website did the right thing by putting my review back up. Again, just goes to show how dishonest this company is. Also, the company has a Facebook page. I posted a negative comment on their wall based on my experience, and they deleted the comment. They also either blocked me or blocked all users from posting on their wall. So now they are the only ones that can put posts on their wall. Of course everything thats on their wall now is good...don't believe it! Do not use this company!
